Description
Seasteps is located in the heart of Padstow’s Old Town. A fully refitted two bedroomed first floor apartment, offering a fabulous open living space plus two good sized double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Seasteps also benefits from an outside seating area to catch the Cornish sunshine and enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink. The harbour is a two minute walk and shops and restaurants are all on the doorstep.
The Space
A self contained apartment on the first floor. A generous living area incorporates a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen includes:- dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob and microwave. A large new smart tv has a host of terrestrial tv stations as well as the popular on-line options. WI-Fi is included. The main bedroom has a new king sized bed and ample storage facilities. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed. The bathroom has a new suite of walk-in shower, basin and WC.
Other Features
All the amenities of this beautiful coastal town are close at hand, whether its Michelin starred restaurants, wine bars, shopping, museums, water sports, boat trips, cycling (via the Camel Trail), beaches or even live music. The old town is very restrictive for cars, but one can load and unload outside and long term parking is available within 6-7 minutes walk.
