Location

Elevated above the working harbour, a simple stroll through the garden takes you to our private pathway down to the harbour. Rick Stein’s Seafood restaurant is just a few minutes walk away as are many of the renowned restaurants and bars in the town. There is a Tesco supermarket at the top of the hill plus several delicatessens, bakeries and speciality shops are close at hand. Half a dozen pubs will keep you fed and watered.  No.1 Exbury overlooks the start of the Camel Trail and several bike hire outlets are nearby. The ferry and the beaches are similarly close at hand. The bus terminus is across the road should you want to venture further afield. The private car park accommodates two cars and there is space to store your bikes, surfboards or kayaks.
